Arbitration Process

Correspondence Address:

Your Correspondence Address is registered in the NSDL system at the time of opening your Demat Account. Companies in which you hold demat securities use this address for sending cheques and warrants for payment of dividend, interest or maturity proceeds, and all other communications such as annual reports, rights offers, open offers, etc. We use this address to send you Account Statements and other communications.

Only the address of the first holder of the Demat Account is registered as the Correspondence Address. All communications are sent only to this address. You can view the Correspondence Address currently registered in your Account Profile . Please ensure that any change in the address of the first holder is communicated to us at the earliest.
Procedure for change of Address:
1. Download Change of Address Form:
Change of Address Form can be downloaded in PDF or Word format. This form should be printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader or Microsoft Word. It should then be filled completely, signed and sent to IDBI Capital along with a proof of address. Click Download Change of Address Form to open a new window which will guide you through the process.
2. Attach Proof of New Address, Proof of Identity and Latest Transaction or Holding Statement
As per NSDL requirements, you need to attach a photocopy of any one of the following documents for your proof of new address and identity :
A. Proof of Address
Voter id
Driving License
Passport
Ration Card
Telephone Bill (Only Landlines not preceding two months
Electricity Bill (not preceeding two months)
Rent Agreement
Latest Bank statement(not preceeding two months)
B. Proof of Identity
Voter id
Driving License
Passport
Pan Card
C. Latest Copy of Transaction / Holding statement
3. Send the completed form
After the Change in Address Form is completed in all respects, it should be signed by all holders of the DEMAT Account. The form along with the Proof of Address, Proof of Identity and Latest Copy of Transaction / Holding statement, should be submitted to the nearest Branch of IDBI Capital
4. Process after submission of documents
On receipt, IDBI Capital will verify the form and the proof submitted. If the form is in order, IDBI Capital will generate Change in Address request in the NSDL system.
A confirmation letter will be couriered to you by post.
You can check Account Profile to confirm the registration of your new address.
